The centerpiece of the day is a deep dive into understanding and resolving stuck emotional patterns that hold us back in life. Learn to use one of Kaya’s Vedic Counseling techniques anytime you are stuck in an emotional overwhelm, blockage or tailspin. You’ll leave with deeply accessible, gentle and powerful techniques for your body, mind and heart to last a lifetime.

What You’ll Learn

The heart functions on many levels — physical, emotional, spiritual. To access the nectar within, the program will weave together three areas for renewal and resolution:

  • A blissful SRY āsana sequence designed to release physical tension, holding patterns, and blockages along the spine with a special focus on the heart and tailbone, including Yoga Nidrā to nourish the heart center.
  • Dharma teaching on the four aims of life (purusharthas) to shed light on our driving motivations and emotions.
  • Emotional transformation through Kaya’s Supremely Organized Manas (SOM™) Method. This is the first time Kaya has taught this outside of individual mentoring sessions and a rare opportunity to resolve troubling emotional patterns.

The practices and philosophy shared in this one-day program will offer rejuvenation, heart opening, and resolution of emotional rollercoasters or dysfunctional patterns. You’ll leave with a deeper Yoga practice, a more peaceful and stable connection to the nourishment within, and a repeatable technique for resolving anger, fear, jealousy, competitiveness, debilitating desire, and other stuck emotional patterns.

This training is open to everyone who wants to access the nectar of the heart. Yoga teachers will gain 7 CEU hours.
