The Nectar of Action

In Depth Bhagavad Gita Program {live online, 6 Weeks}

Dive directly into the profound teachings for making every moment of life yoga. In this program, teaches the first section of the Bhagavad Gita – the ultimate teaching for yogis in the world. Learn to alchemize every action into a nectar that nourishes heart and mind and gain the key to a life of purpose. In the west, the Bhagavad Gita vastly ignored, though it is the primary text for yogis living in the world. Kaya’s approach is fundamentally feminine, taking to heart the classical understanding of the Bhagavad Gita itself as the “divine mother”.  She brings humor, wisdom, and a living example of the teachings she shares.

Reflections & Results From A Student

“This practice has given me experiences of the deeper states of consciousness I always yearned for. I was into ‘new age’ and Indian traditions from a young age but never had the transcendental experiences I heard about. With this yoga I accessed absorbed states of consciousness and bliss for the first time in my life. It is mind blowing!.”
