    For teachers of other styles who want to teach SRY or for Yoga students who simply want to understand the details behind the poses. This particular day is 100% dedicated to breaking down the personalized and profound alignment, propping and teaching methodology for eight essential poses of SRY. Leave confident in your practice and in being able to successfully share Supreme Release Yoga with students or friends. 

    Teachers attend SRY Fundamentals as a one day add on to immersions or trainings with Kaya. Dedicated yogis can attend SRY Fundamentals as a standalone program.
