Yoga Therapy
You'll be held in supported poses designed for deeper release than you imagine possible. Specific therapeutic spinal release techniques are chosen according to the needs, tendencies, and experience level of the client. Deeply nurturing, restful, blissful, and healing on all levels. Yoga Therapy is great for beginners or experienced students who want to explore more opening.

- Releasing the muscle tension through 5 defined areas of your spine - tailbone, sacrum, lumbar (waist) vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae (rib cage), and cervical (neck) vertebrae.

Embodyment®
While you rest in Shavasana, the therapist places her hands at the base of your spine to facilitate deep release throughout your spine and entire body. A session includes therapeutic adjustments and a gentle spinal massage. The opening in one session is equivalent to six spinal release yoga classes.
Home Practice Tutorial
Establish or deepen a home yoga practice according to your body and goals. You'll leave with notes and a simply structured laid out plan.
