Delve into 3 blissful hours of therapeutic poses that release of the muscles that connect your whole spine, with a special emphasis on vertebrae behind your heart and between your shoulder blades. Students of all levels are invited to join Kaya to dissolve neck & shoulder pain, discover more length and explore the mental patterns that block you from experiencing a relaxed mind and limitless love. We’ll intertwine yoga practice, anatomical explanation and yoga’s classical teachings on love. As knots in your lower spine, upper spine and skull resolve, mental patterns and grief melt away, you can discover a blissful and open capacity to enjoy a heightened quality of being in your body and the world.

This day-long immersion centers on the true meaning of RESOLUTION - resolving that which blocks you from ultimate freedom and joy. Yoga teaches that your own nature reveals itself when your own inner obstacles are resolved. Experience a complete yogic package to imbue your life with meaning. Delve into blissful and dynamic poses for spinal release. Deepen the silence of your mind with effective guided meditation. Explore inspiring Vedic philosophy all centered around yogic resolution. We’ll look at Patanjali’s description of the 5 kleshas (bindings) that explain the mystery of and remedy for all suffering. Through yoga’s timeless tools, you’ll journey through process of peeling back and RESOLVING the layers of the human condition that keep you bound and small, and begin to discover the endless freedom of a yogi. This yoga immersion is designed just for experienced yoga practitioners! Spend a full weekend with your yoga buddies, under the support and guidance of two the most experienced and educated yoga teacher in northern California.
