For deeper students & continuing students with a home practice only.
Immerse yourself for three hours of bliss! Dive into familiar poses, deeper variations, and new directions of movement for a deep and dynamic experience. Kaya will guide you through new & deeper levels of yoga that inspire your home practice and your commitment to your own path & process.
Pose & Adjustment Clinic
For Teachers
Practice propping, alignments and adjustments in key poses for spinal release. Get feedback, fine-tuning, reminders and instruction. This is also an opportunity to ask questions & be with other Svaroopis! You'll get lots of spinal release along the way. This clinic is for Foundations grads & teachers.

The Joint Series - Pawanmuktasana Vinyasa
For All Levels
