* Beginner Yoga *

You are new to yoga or new to Svaroopa® yoga. 

Focus on the most essential poses and practices for deep release and healing.


* Continuing Yoga *

You are a beginner or have experience in Svaroopa® yoga.  

Interweave the essential poses for spinal release with poses that allow you to carry your openness into your life.


* Deeper Yoga *

You are an experienced Svaroopa® yoga student with an established home practice.

Take your yoga to a new level with deeper poses, practices, and adjustments. 

Experience the benefit of ancient teachings woven through class.

A deeper yoga student is the one who shows committed, ongoing, relentless practice toward
discovering his or her own true nature. The deeper student is the one whose priority is the Self.

* Pregnancy Yoga *

Join this class if you are planning a pregnancy or already expecting.  Open your body, mind and heart for prenatal comfort, smooth delivery and fast post natal healing.  Mother and baby benefit beyond measure from the specialized pelvic release, heart opening and quieting of the mind and nervous system that Svaroopa® yoga for pregnancy provides.  Doing yoga with other moms also offers a network of support and community.
