Lower Spinal Release
Explore deep opening of the pelvis with essential angles that decompress the muscles that connect to the tailbone, sacrum and lumbar vertebrae.  Focus on supine and seated poses for support and relaxation.   For beginners & all levels.
Daily Practice
Develop a home practice through the repetition of essential poses & practices that give reliable spinal decompression and opening. Focus on supine and seated poses for support and relaxation.  For beginners and all levels.
Spinal Flexibility
Discover an inner melting & softening that allows more flexibility and more awareness of the deepest internal layers of your body. Combine fully supported supine poses, partially supported seated poses, and dynamic movement poses.  For beginners and all levels.
Abdominals
Strengthen your abdominal muscles by releasing your spine and learn to use your abs to actually open your spine even more.  Reveal and cultivate physical and mental strength.  For intermediate students.
Backbends
Move your body in the most important direction for length and internal spaciousness.  Unravel the knots at your heart and sacrum with both supported and dynamic poses.  For intermediate and advanced students
Standing Poses
Discover and develop strength and stability of mind and body.  For intermediate students.
Forward Bends
Soften & release into forward bend poses that quiet the mind and cultivate surrender & letting go.  For all levels.
Neck & Shoulders
Release and lengthen your neck & shoulders with angles that reach into the source the  changes upwards into those tight and achy spots.  Cultivate an alignment between your head and heart.  For all levels.  
Balance
Discover the balance and stability already there within you (rather than imposing balance with tension) and cultivate a steady mind.  For intermediate and advanced students.  

Inversions
Turning the body upside down, your mind will become receptive to a new view of your life and your self.  For advanced students.
Vinyasa
Energize yourself while opening your spine with poses that link together and provide a full-body & breath experience. For intermediate students.  
Classical Poses
Develop your ability to get into angles that are fun but also provide you with continued inner release and opening. For intermediate and advanced students.  
Twists
The most blissful theme of all carries you further into a meditative experience. For all levels.
